Intapp
Intapp's revenue rose 14.6% to $578 million in fiscal 2026. Its operating margin was −6.9%, down from −5.4% a year earlier. Free cash flow was $145 million, up 18.8%. It paid out $275 million in dividends and buybacks, 190% of free cash flow. The diluted share count rose 1.1%.
Operating margin is operating income as a share of revenue. Free cash flow is cash from operations minus capital spending. Return on equity is net income as a share of shareholders' equity. Market cap is the last closing share price times the latest diluted share count, so it is approximate. P/E is the last close divided by diluted earnings per share over the last four quarters, or the latest fiscal year where the quarters aren't available; there is none when the company made a loss.

What Intapp does
Intapp sells cloud software to professional firms in accounting, consulting, investment banking, law, private capital and real assets. Its programs help these firms with winning and onboarding clients, checking conflicts of interest, managing the deal pipeline, reporting to investors and clients, and meeting compliance rules. It has added artificial intelligence (AI) features that use a firm's own data.
It earns money mainly from subscriptions to its software, and recognizes that revenue over the length of each contract. Customers are large, partner-led firms in heavily regulated fields.
Intapp says it competes with software that firms build themselves, older programs installed on their own computers, and general-purpose software that has to be heavily customized. It says it has 25 years of experience in these industries.
Its biggest risks, as it describes them
- Data breaches at its software or at its outside cloud providers.
- Most revenue comes from firms in a handful of professional industries.
- Its new AI products may not work as hoped or win customers.
- It has a history of losses and may not stay profitable.
- Customers may not renew or expand their subscriptions.
