Life360
Life360's revenue rose 31.8% to $490 million in fiscal 2025. Its operating margin was 3.9%, up from −2.1% a year earlier. Free cash flow was $87 million, up 176.3%. The diluted share count rose 18.1%.
Operating margin is operating income as a share of revenue. Free cash flow is cash from operations minus capital spending. Return on capital is after-tax operating income as a share of the money invested in the business: debt plus equity, minus cash. Market cap is the last closing share price times the latest diluted share count, so it is approximate. P/E is the last close divided by diluted earnings per share over the last four quarters, or the latest fiscal year where the quarters aren't available; there is none when the company made a loss.

What Life360 does
Life360 runs a mobile app that lets families share locations and stay in touch. Members organize into small groups called Circles. The app also offers driving safety features such as crash detection, digital safety tools such as data breach alerts, and emergency help. Its core app is free, and members can pay for added services.
It also sells Tile Bluetooth trackers and Life360 Pet GPS devices through stores and online. A single contract manufacturer in Asia makes them. Revenue comes from subscriptions, hardware, and partnerships such as ads in the app and the sale of aggregated data that does not identify people. Total revenue was $489.5 million in 2025, of which subscriptions were $369.3 million.
At the end of 2025 the app had about 95.8 million monthly active users. Life360 says its market has low switching costs and a steady stream of new entrants.
Its biggest risks, as it describes them
- Failing to keep members or to turn free users into paying subscribers.
- Competition in a market where, it says, switching costs are low and new rivals keep appearing.
- Relying on one contract manufacturer in Asia to make its hardware devices.
- Dependence on data partners, whose agreements could end.
- Paying for marketing that may not attract new members at a reasonable cost.
